Manage List Fields
In this section, you can add, edit, or delete fields that are part of your subscriber database (e.g., Name, Email, Location). This functionality allows you to customize your contact list to capture essential information relevant to your business.
1/ To Manage List Fields:
Navigate to Manage List Fields: Access this section from your list settings to configure the fields you want to capture for each contact.
2/ Add New Fields: You can create new fields for your subscriber database. Options include:
Text: For simple text entries (e.g., name, city).
Number: For numerical data (e.g., age, purchase amount).
Dropdown: To allow selection from predefined options (e.g., job title, gender).
Multiselect: For selecting multiple options from a list.
Checkbox: For binary options (e.g., subscribed to newsletter).
Radio: For single selections from a set of options.
Date: For capturing dates (e.g., birthday).
Datetime: For capturing specific timestamps.
Textarea: For larger text entries (e.g., comments, feedback).

3/ Configure Field Settings: For each field, specify the following:
Label and Type: Define what the field is called and its data type.
Required?: Mark the field as mandatory if it needs to be filled out by subscribers.
Visible?: Choose whether the field will be displayed to subscribers.
Tag: Assign tags for easier identification of the fields.
Default Value: Set a default value for the field if necessary.
4/ Manage Existing Fields:
You can edit or delete existing fields based on your evolving data collection needs. Ensure that the fields you have set up are relevant to your current marketing objectives.
Setting up Fields for Big Data
To effectively use data imported from the Big Data feature, it's crucial to set up your list fields properly. This ensures that the imported information is organized and can be leveraged for targeted email campaigns.
Label the Field: Give each field a name that matches the data from Big Data. Examples include:
First Name: Text
Email Address: Text
Phone Number: Number
Profile ID (UID): Number
Gender: Dropdown
Location: Text
Birthday: Datetime
