The Generate AI Email Content feature in eMailBase leverages AI (ChatGPT) to help you create optimized email subject lines and body content quickly and efficiently. This tool is designed to simplify your email creation process by providing relevant, engaging, and well-structured content based on your input.
Access the Campaign Setup:
When setting up your email campaign, you will reach the section for creating your email subject line.
Generate AI-Powered Subject Line:
Instead of typing a subject manually, click on the option to Generate AI Content.
Enter a Prompt:
In the prompt box, describe the type of subject line you're looking for. For example:
Prompt Example: "Create a subject line for an email promoting a new sale on eco-friendly products."
AI Suggests Subject Line Options:
The AI will generate multiple subject line options based on your prompt, allowing you to select the one that best fits your campaign.
Evaluate the Suggestions:
Each suggestion comes with an engagement score. You can choose the best option or edit it for further customization.
Access the Email Template:
You will move to the template section. Select Email Builder PRO to access AI content generation features.
Generate AI-Powered Body Content:
In the body content editor, click Generate AI icon.
Enter a Prompt:
Provide a detailed prompt describing the message you want to communicate. Be sure to mention the purpose, tone, and any key product or offer details.
Prompt Example:
"Write an engaging email promoting a 20% discount on premium coffee for first-time customers, including a call-to-action to visit the website."
AI Creates the Body Content:
The AI will generate a structured email that includes the introduction, body, and closing sections, along with any calls to action.
Review and Customize:
Review the content, make any necessary edits or adjustments, and add images or links to complete your email design.
Be specific about the email’s purpose and target audience.
Include details about promotions, deadlines, or offers to make the content more relevant.
Describe the tone you wish to achieve (e.g., friendly, professional, or urgent).
With these steps, you can quickly generate both subject lines and body content that align with your email marketing goals, ensuring high engagement and relevancy for your audience.
