Blacklist

The Blacklist feature in eMailBase allows you to manage and maintain a list of known invalid email addresses to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your email campaigns.

Feature Overview

• Purpose: Upload known invalid email addresses to your blacklist account. This ensures that any email addresses on your blacklist are automatically marked as blacklisted in your mailing lists.

• Functionality: Any blacklisted email address that matches an address in your mailing lists will not receive emails from your campaigns, helping you maintain a clean and compliant mailing list.

How to Upload Your Email Blacklist

1. Select File: Choose an input file from your device to upload.

   • File Type: The acceptable file type is TXT.

   • Format: Each email address should be listed on a separate line.

2. File Size Limit: The maximum file upload size is 2 MB.

Once you upload the blacklist, eMailBase will automatically identify and mark any blacklisted email addresses in your lists, preventing them from receiving future email communications. This helps enhance deliverability rates and reduces the risk of spam complaints.
