Sending Identity

In the Sending Identity section of eMailBase, you can add sender email addresses to use specifically for your email marketing campaigns. All email addresses and domains need to be verified to ensure authenticity and prevent unauthorized use.

The following guide will help you easily understand the steps to set up and verify a sender email address.

1. Access the Sending Identity Section

• Go to eMailBase and select Sending > Sending Identity.

• Click the New Sender button to add a new sender email address for your campaign.

2. Enter Sender Information

In the New Sender window, enter the required information:

• Name: Your name or your business name, which will appear in the "FROM" line of the email.

• Email: Enter the email address you wish to verify (e.g., [e-mail]).

3. Verify the Email Address

After entering the information, the system will send a verification email to the address you just entered. Follow these steps:

• Open your Gmail inbox and find the verification email from eMailBase.

• Click on the activation link in the email to complete the verification process.

4. Complete Verification

Once you have successfully verified the email address, return to eMailBase, and you will see a green message with the notification:

"Identity verified! This sender is now activated and you can now use it as your FROM address in your campaign."

Your sender email address has now been verified and is ready to be used in your email marketing campaigns in eMailBase.

NOTE:

• Ensure security: Only add email addresses that you own to avoid security issues and comply with email policies.

• Use clear and appropriate names: This helps improve trustworthiness and increase the email open rate from recipients.
