B2C Data
The B2C Demographic Data feature is designed to help you gain deeper insights into the U.S. market by leveraging demographic factors. This feature supports businesses in refining their marketing strategies to target more accurately, thereby enhancing relevance and engagement in B2C campaigns.
With this tool, you can:
Filter the audience based on key demographic factors such as age, gender, state, and other variables.
Customize campaigns to align with target population segments.
Access detailed data to understand and target the ideal customer profiles in the U.S.
Filter Fields
You can search and categorize B2C data using the following fields:
Phone (Phone Number)
Mail Domain (Email Domain)
Address (Address)
City (City)
State (State)
Gender (Gender)
Step 1: Access Big Data > B2C Data
In the system, go to the Big Data section and select B2C Data to begin the demographic data extraction process.
Step 2: Use Filters to Search for the Target Audience
Use the filters to define the B2C audience suitable for your campaign. For example:
Mail Domain: @gmail.com
Gender: Female
City: Miami
NOTE:
Based on the selected filters, ensure that the contact list size is appropriate for your quota or limited to under 10,000 contacts.
Step 3: Copy the Audience ID
Once the target audience is defined, copy the Audience ID and paste it into the desired list. (Refer to how to create lists here).
Step 4: Import Data into Subscribers
Go to Subscribers > Big Data.
Click Start Import.
Paste the copied Segment ID into the corresponding field.
Select the data fields to import from the segment, based on your campaign needs.
Step 5: Manage List Fields (if necessary)
If your list does not contain the required fields, select Manage List Fields to create new fields as needed. (See the detailed guide on creating custom fields here).
Step 6: Verify and Complete Setup
Review the configurations and click the Complete button to finish the data import process.
NOTE:
Ensure that you select the correct filter fields to maximize targeting effectiveness in your campaigns.
Regularly check and update your lists to maintain data accuracy.
